This application helps you calculate a typical rate for a Supplemental Health Insurance Policy.
The Calculator lets you tailor pick what benefits should be covered: Cancer, Heart & Stroke, Critical Illness, Radiation, Hospital and Accident.
The Input variables are: Age, Tobacco, Return of Premium and Family Group.
The Family Group Can be: Individual, Single Parent with children, Couple and Family.
Premiums are Calculated for only $5,000, $10,000 and $20,000 Payout because they are the most common needed on the fly.
